Additional Information:

Students and regular participants will have access to keynote sessions, demo sessions, exhibitions, coffee breaks, welcome reception, banquet, and all the other official events associated with AsiaHaptics 2024 with no other designated fee.
Local participant does not include presentation and banquet but will have access to keynote sessions, demo sessions, exhibitions, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and all the other official events associated with AsiaHaptics 2024 with no other designated fee.
Local students will have access to keynote sessions and selected exhibitions ONLY with no meals included.

Registration fee must be transferred under the name of the PARTICIPANT.
Participants are responsible for the additional fees that occur during remittance.
Receipt of remittance must be sent to the e-mail asiahaptics2024_info@sunway.edu.my for confirmation.

30% of the paid registration fee is refunded for the cancellations made before 30th September 2024.

All refunds will be made AFTER the conference. For refunds executed with bank transfer, handling fees will be deducted from the returned amount.
