Proposal for Workshop

AsiaHaptics 2024 invites proposals for workshops to be held on the first day of the conference.

Three or four workshops will take place on October 28th.

Workshops are expected to cover a half or a full day, including coffee and lunch breaks.

Proposal Guideline

Email your proposal to the Workshop Chair.
The proposal should include the following items:

Title

Organizer List

Name, affiliation, and contact information of the organizer(s)

Type of Activity

Panel workshop, open workshop, tutorial, etc.

Abstract

A brief description of topics and contents to be covered within the proposed workshop and the targeted audience

Proposed Duration

Half day (morning or afternoon) or full day

Tentative Speaker List

Workshop organizers are encouraged to contact the Workshop Chair before the deadline to inform the chair of their intention to submit,
the corresponding organizer, and the tentative title and ask any questions they may have.
